IH Services, Inc, one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of housekeepers for a long-term care facility located in Fletcher, NC

Job Duties:

• Cleans residents' rooms as assigned, which includes dusting, furniture polishing, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping floor, vacuuming carpet, cleaning mirrors, changing linens, making beds, emptying trash, and general straightening and organizing
• Manages housekeepers, floor techs, and laundry; ensures all rules and regulations are followed and documented.
• Organizes and delegates room changes, deep cleans, and special projects
• Provides daily reports to Account Manager
• Straightens, picks up, and organizes all common areas, therapy rooms, etc.
• Straightens, picks up, and cleans offices as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Runs floor machines, carpet extractors as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Hours:

• 1st Shift 7 am - 3 pm

Compensation:

$10.00-11.00 per hour

All candidates must pass a drug screen and background check
