Janitorial Team Lead

We are in need of a hands-on Janitorial Lead with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Windsor CT,
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Hours:
11:00pm-7:30am
8 hour shift/40 hour work week
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist supervisors
- Employee training
- Follow instruction from manager (Oral and Written)
- Performs janitorial tasks as needed
- Learn all positions
Qualifications
- Must have previous janitorial experience
- MUST pass drug screen and background check
- Must have leadership or lead experience
- Positive Attitude and the ability to work well as a team or independently
- COMPOSITE TOE SHOES IS REQUIRED
