Supervisor

IH Services, INC., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Campbellsville, KY
Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Hours: FULL TIME - 6am - 4:30pm EST

Duties include the following:
- To lead and to supervise associates
- Ensure that janitorial work, warehouse work, and floor projects are completed within required standards
- Employee training and counseling
- Completing daily reports and audits
- Assistance with completing daily scope of work among team members
- Safety Coaching among team
- Other duties as needed from Management
Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and supervise while working with a team
- Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18+
- Must have or be willing to obtain Safety Toe Shoes (composite preferred)
- Must be available to work weekends
- MUST pass a 4 panel drug screen and background check
