Floor Tech

IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech-Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $11.25 - $12.50 per hour to start, depending on experience.
Hours: 3rd shift 10pm to 6am

Duties include:
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- Sweeping, mopping, general floor maintenance
- General carpet cleaning and extraction
- Other cleaning duties as needed
