Floor Tech

IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech in Lenoir, NC. Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Hours:7AM-3PM Monday-Friday

If you have experience with waxing or buffing, please apply.
Duties include:
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- General carpet cleaning and extraction
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Must pass drug screen and background check
