Floor Technician

IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance technician. Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $16.00 x hr
Hours: 4pm - 10pm Sunday - Thursday

Duties include:
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- Pressure cleaning of areas
- General carpet cleaning and extraction
- Pressure cleaning of areas
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Must pass drug screen and background check
