IH Services, Inc., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in New Albany, OH & Groveport, OH
Pay: $18hr - 20hr
Shift: SUN-WED 6am-6pm Wednesday 6am-12pm
Shift: SUN-WED 6pm-6am Wednesday 6pm-12am
Shift: WED-SAT 6am-6pm Wednesday 12pm-6pm
Shift: WED-SAT 6pm-6am Wednesday 12am-6am

Duties include the following:
- To lead and to supervise associates
- Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards
- Employee training and counseling
Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and supervise
- Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Previous supervisory experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must wear steel or composite toe shoes
