Supervisor

IH Services, Inc., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Gouldsboro, PA
Pay: $ 17.00 - 17.50 per hour
Hours:
WED - SAT: WED: 6PM-10PM (Only work 4 hours) THURS-SAT: 6PM-6:30AM

Duties include the following:
- To lead and to supervise associates
- Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards
- Employee training and counseling
Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and supervise
- Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Previous supervisory experience
- Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of supervising
- Leadership skills
- Bilingual (Preferred not required)
- Warehouse experience (Preferred not required)
MUST pass 4 panel drug screen and 7-year background check
