IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech-Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $ 16.00 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours: 7 am to 3 pm some evenings required

Duties include:

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors A MUST!!
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed.
• taking out trash
• dusting floors
• running auto scrubber.
• cleaning wheelchairs and equipment

Qualifications:

• Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation
• A strong work ethic 
• The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
• Covid vaccinated please.
