IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech-Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm every other weekend required.  Days of week vary

If you have experience with waxing or buffing, please apply.

Duties include:

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Trash collection and building detail
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation
• A strong work ethic 
• The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
• COVID 19 vaccine required
