Floor Tech

IH SERVICES, LLC., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech-Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $ 15.00 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!
Hours: FULL-TIME (40 hours) 7a-3pm (Rotating Weekends)

If you have experience with janitorial, custodial, stripping, waxing or buffing, please apply.
Duties include:
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors.
- General carpet cleaning and extraction
- maintaining facility hallways and resident room floors
- Other cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation.
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
